Job Title: Sales - Executive Intern


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced sales team, learning the ins and outs of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Client Outreach: Assist in contacting leads via phone, email, and social media to promote company products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Help prepare presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with lead and client information.
  • Support Sales Cycle: Assist with various stages of the sales process, including initial outreach, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help improve our sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Motivation: A self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve sales strategies
