Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Salary Range: INR 5,00,000 - INR 8,00,000 per annum
